Banking & Finance Solicitor
We are hiring for our client a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor (5-7 years PQE) to join their highly regarded team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value complex transactions for a diverse client base including leading financial institutions corporates and private equity firms.

The Role:
- Advising financial institutions borrowers and corporate clients on a broad range of banking & finance matters including acquisition finance structured finance and real estate finance
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements security documentation and other related financial instruments
- Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex high-value transactions
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal advice in a fast-paced international environment
- Keeping up to date with market trends regulatory changes and industry developments
The Person:
- 5-7 years PQE with experience in banking & finance law ideally from a top-tier or international firm
- Strong technical expertise in lending security and structured finance transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively under pressure
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
