We are hiring for our client a prestigious international law firm in Dublin seeking an ambitious Asset / Aviation Finance Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join their market-leading team. The Role:
- Advise leading financial institutions airlines and leasing companies on complex aviation finance transactions.
- Structure and negotiate aircraft acquisitions financings leases and securitisations.
- Draft and review loan agreements leasing arrangements security documentation and structured finance deals.
- Manage cross-border transactions working closely with international teams.
- Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory and industry developments affecting aviation finance.
The Person:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE in Asset Finance or Aviation Finance gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong technical expertise in financing transactions banking or leasing law.
- Experience managing complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced collaborative environment.
