Job Description

By joining us as an IT Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Agile Team focusing on improvements within Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Youll have a good background in Agile methodologies and project management with experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other talent acquisition applications.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Manage the updating of ADO boards.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including HR IT and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Provide regular project updates to partners and senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related courses.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or related talent acquisition systems is a plus.
