Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Business Analyst (BA) to identify and analyze business needs conduct requirements gathering and define scope and objectives for ERP PLM and MES systems.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through corresponding business systems.
- Research business requirements develop detailed specifications and validate system solutions with business stakeholders.
- Provide oversight on project delivery.
Key Competencies:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in similar or related job roles. Experience in industrial product industry is preferred.
- Solid experience with different modules including sales supply chain production and finance for ERPs such as SAP Oracle etc.
- Proven experience in IT project management with a track record of successful project deliveries as an IT project manager.
- Good knowledge of PLM applications such as Windchill.
- Good understanding of MES systems particularly in the discrete manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with business stakeholders to drive project initiatives.
