Main Task & Responsibilities:

• Maintain high awareness of safety compliance and IP for self and working environment.
• Take care of lab equipment and actively contribute to lab safety and house-keeping.
• Contribute to the building up and exchange of know-how among teams and among regions. Learn from IP and research report and make summary.
• Carry out technical work with high quality including daily synthesis according to job hazardous analysis.
• Documentation of the synthesis protocols observations in lab journals testing results lab chemicals via GSLO management.
• Accomplish lab products with basic property test evaluation analysis according to standard operating procedure and provide reliable test results
• Independently design suitable recipes with own ideas.

Qualification:

1. Degree in chemistry chemical engineering material science or similar

2. Masters degree 3 years experience Bachelors degree 5 years experience

3. Technical and strategic skills in completion of assigned tasks

4. Deliver results with limited supervision from R&D Manager

5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills as working in a team

6. Independently designs own experiments and creates new innovative ideas
