Visy Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experiencedKey Account Managerto join our dynamic team supporting our strategic growth within the FMCG sector. What you will do:

As a Key Account Manager you will play a critical role in managing and expanding strategic relationships with Visy Logistics most valued FMCG clients. Acting as a trusted advisor you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction identify and pursue growth opportunities and deliver tailored logistics solutions that align with both client objectives and Visys broader business strategy. This position is suited to a driven sales professional who excels in relationship management and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Account Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives negotiate contracts and secure profitable outcomes.
  • Service Excellence:Lead service reviews resolve issues proactively and advocate for client needs across internal teams.
  • Market Insight:Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and enhance Visys competitive position.

What you will bring:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in account management or business development within a high-performance customer-focused environment.
  • Direct experience in the logistics supply chain or transport industry is essential with a strong understanding of contract logistics operations and service delivery models.
  • Stong communication negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to influence outcomes and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
