A day in the life.
As our Senior Operations Specialist on the McGriff team youll provide guidance to teammates and to 3rd party vendors to support firm growth and success. Youll manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals adding efficiency and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems procedures workflows and resources.
Develop maintain and monitor adherence to procedures standards and workflows.
Build and maintain relationships across business units carriers vendors and outsourcing partners.
Proactively identify and generate efficiencies and cost savings.
Identify line of business challenges provide support and follow through to resolution.
Lead and participate in project groups and collaborate with team members.
Complete workload assessments for branch locations or third-party partners to provide guidance and recommendations.
Remain abreast of current trends in insurance client service operations standards applications workflows and tools to support creation of an evolving and future focused delivery of client service.
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications
