Qualifications
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and dedicated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. Working within the Operations department you will be responsible for overseeing that all operations run smoothly and efficiently managing the team and ensuring client expectations are met. Your key role will be to act as a bridge between the operations team clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team and ensure client KPIs are achieved.
- Attend planning meetings review meetings and coordinate with customers and 3rd party suppliers.
- Resolve internal and external customer complaints promptly.
- Generate and forward reports to clients ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and monitor their performance for improvements.
- Comply with safety quality and audit requirements supervising processes and people.
- Act as the authorized person for all warehouse transactions.
- Ensure ADV values are upheld and set an example for the team.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in inventory management.
- GCE A/L passed with a certificate in Supply Chain Management.
- Partly qualified CA/CIMA/ACCA/ACA is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MARK/SAP/JDE and Accounting software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organization skills.
