What youll do:
Revenue & Profit Targets: Achieve annual Power and TC rental revenue trading profit and budget goals.
Financial Performance: Deliver annual financial performance target oversee Profit and Loss statements in line with the Authority Matrix.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high net promoter scores and ensure excellent customer service.
Compliance & Safety: Create a positive safety culture adhere to company procedures EH&S policies and ISO9001:2000 standards
Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Drive revenue growth develop and secure market leadership for Aggreko
People Management: Develop a high performing team across all functions
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Senior Management Experience: Proven leadership in business and team development with P&L responsibility in Indonesia.
Business Optimization & Cost Control: Ability to streamline processes and manage costs effectively.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Skilled in attracting developing motivating and bringing out the best in teams.
Change Management: Capability to lead changes to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Builds relationships and fosters collaboration internally and externally
Strategic thinking and implementation: Forward thinking ability to creates long term strategic plans and execute
Hands-On Leadership & Accountability: Leads with a personal touch holds people accountable and takes ownership.
