Reporting to the Retail Account Management Team Lead this role supports and works in close cooperation with Menu and Platform teams to ensure the Retail department has smooth onboarding of new Retail Partners.

What youll be doing

We need a Retail Specialist/Junior Account Manager to support the training and account management of retail partners and ensure the best possible this role you will act as a key communicator between our operations team and retail partners in order to ensure optimal success.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Train and support Retail venues in Czechia for the best possible results
  • Create selections and ensure retail partner selections on the platform are accurate.
  • Proactively helping retail partners to improve their performance.
  • Helping out with marketing campaigns for retail partners.
  • Assisting the Retail Team Lead with any additional tasks related to working with our key retail partners.
  • Getting feedback from our partners and translating it into product marketing and operations improvement
  • Owning the entrusted partners assortment - suggesting which products should be listed initially and working with the partner to constantly add/remove items to improve customer conversion.

Our humble expectations

  • Experience within account management customer support sales or administration
  • Experience and strong interest in analytics.
  • Structured detailed and service-oriented.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills
  • You have a proactive mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Fluent in Czech and communicative English.
