We are currently looking for aSenior Commercial Analystto join our LNZ Commercial Finance team on afixed term contractthrough to mid-end of November 2026.We are able to support flexibility in this role and can be either part-time or full-time (30-37.5 hours per week)
In this role you will help drive efficient financial planning and reporting and provide governance financial and commercial insight to enable better decisions and manage business performance. This involves month end consolidation Group business paper preparation and facilitating the build on our long-term outlook.
To be successful you will bring:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven capability in telling the story from financial information
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
- A demonstrated track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Analytic mindset utilising data to generate deep insights to influence decisions
- Experience delivering continuous improvement across processes and systems
- A focus on governance and controls
- Tertiary degree and professional qualification (CA CPA or equivalent)
- 5 years postgraduate experience including commercial experience
