About the role
As a Senior Solutions Specialistyoullpartner with stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions across multiple platforms. Acting as a technical leadyoullguide projects from concept to delivery mentor team members and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency.
Reporting to the Solutions Development Lead this role ishigh-impactand influential with loads of variety and diverse stakeholder our highly collaborative environmentyoullplay a key role inidentifyingthe right priorities fostering high-quality decisions and ensuring that our work delivers the value the business needs.
To be a success in this role you will need:
- Provenexpertisein designing solutions and delivering them from concept through implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for understanding both high-level architecture and low-level system details.
- Experience taking solutions from design to implementation across different systems and environments (SAP Salesforce GIS APIs middleware etc.).
- A demonstrated ability to alwayskeeplearningstaying acrossnew technologiesandapplyingthem to improve outcomes.
- Experience across multiple platforms and analysing complex systems understanding howdifferent partsinteract(Like exploring a multi-level software application to see how front-end back-end and databases interact).
- Clear communication skillswith proven abilityto translate design concepts into actionable implementations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with external vendors partners and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integrated solutions.
It wouldideal if you have:
- Exposure to integration technologies APIs data flows and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of security compliance and best practices.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce SAP GISAzureor AWS.
