Our Corporate Team in Wellington is in a growth phase and is looking for a stand out Senior Associate to join their team with partnership potential for the right candidate.

The role

The Team advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters. This includes listed companies iwi multinationals start-ups venture capital private companies and individuals.

While the Corporate Team operates as a national practice you will be primarily working with Keegan Toft whose profile can be found HERE.

As a Senior Associate your responsibilities will be multifaceted. Your work is likely to include mergers and acquisitions; domestic and international transactions; business and corporate advisory; capital markets; joint ventures.

About you

The ideal lawyer will have 7 yearsexperience and lead work on files. You will need to be a strong team player and have a genuine ambition to establish yourself as a recognised professional.

You will enjoy business development mentoring and supporting other lawyers have a flexible and proactive approach to work like variety and focused on fostering strong relationships across the market.
