Job Summary
Bookstore Mission
With a focus on uniform learning materials sundries and snacks we supply what is needed for our students to meet the demands of being a successful cadet as well as a good student and person.
CSR (Customer Service Representative):
- Daily maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Cashier transaction using POS system (sales returns inside sales phone orders web sales etc.)
- Maintain orderly merchandise displays
- Assist customers with finding merchandise
- Cycle counts as needed
- Processing freight quickly and efficiently
- Check in and reconcile packlist/invoice
- Ticket and price appropriately
- Create pleasant and appropriate displays
- Back stock when necessary
- Update POS system with correct bin location
- Pop-up shop duties may be possible on closed weekends
- Compile suggestions to aid in creating the best environment possible for our customers
- Cross-training for Laundry Services and Canteen will be mandatory
- The bookstore is an operation in constant change as it grows so will the expectations and responsibilities of this position. We expect you to be an integral part of the growth and the direction of the operation.
