Responsible for appointing new distributors and handling existing distributors

Ensuring BTL activation in Targeted Number of Stores

Ensure Targeted Secondary Sales in A Outlets
.
Achieve Primary Sales Target as per assigned Annual Business Plan (ABP)
.
Achieve Secondary Sales Target as per assigned Annual Business Plan (ABP)
.
Achieve Target for Specific Product Category/Collection
.
Achieve Targeted percentage Customer Retention Rate as per agreed timeline
.
Maintain Annual budgeted gross Margin
.
Maintain budgeted inventory at Distributor level
.
Ensure budgeted Payment Efficiency Index (PEI) for Distributors
.
Ensure Adherence to Monthly Billing Cycle & Number of Outlets
.
Ensure smooth execution of secondary sales scheme in market
Qualification:
• Any Graduate
• 3 years of General Trade experience with any leading OTC or Personal Care Companies.
