Job Description
Leading a team of travel leaders and travel counselors in an effective manner to ensure an exceptional Quality of service
and SLAs are achieved
Conducting One-On-One feedback sessions with the team members on monthly basis
Process Improvement Initiatives to deliver best quality to CWT clients both internal and external
Managing performance issues and reward and recognition in your site and team
Ensure team work and professional communication is displayed all times
One should foster ethical environment and respect company policies
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum 3 - 5 years of a Team Supervisory role in the travel industry or customer related industry with similar processes
and goals
