- Act as the go-to resource for team questions escalations and essential support.

- Deliver hands-on operational support and swift problem-solving in real-time.
- Drive and track monthly KPIs including CSAT sales and client-specific metrics to ensure success.
- Utilize performance data to provide insightful coaching and foster continuous team improvement.
