Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia.
Manage a high-performing sales team including setting individual targets and KPIs.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with agencies brands and direct clients.
Generate leads through cold calling and door opening.
Explore new avenues for business.
Achieve annual targets by selling online and creative agency services across all of Hypebeasts media properties.
Develop a robust pipeline of demand opportunities and provide clients with 360 bespoke creative solutions.
Collaborate closely with other HYPEBEAST departments and business units such as client services marketing editorial product development and finance.
Requirements:
7 years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
The ability to manage multiple projects.
Holding a degree in Marketing Communication or Business.
An excellent understanding of digital advertising with a strong network of contacts among agencies and clients.
A positive attitude and mindset with the ability to be a strong team player.
Strong skills in communication analysis time management and organization.
Familiarity with youth culture.
