Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia.
- Manage a high-performing sales team including setting individual targets and KPIs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with agencies brands and direct clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling and door opening.
- Explore new avenues for business.
- Achieve annual targets by selling online and creative agency services across all of Hypebeasts media properties.
- Develop a robust pipeline of demand opportunities and provide clients with 360 bespoke creative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other HYPEBEAST departments and business units such as client services marketing editorial product development and finance.
Requirements:
- 7 years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
- The ability to manage multiple projects.
- Holding a degree in Marketing Communication or Business.
- An excellent understanding of digital advertising with a strong network of contacts among agencies and clients.
- A positive attitude and mindset with the ability to be a strong team player.
- Strong skills in communication analysis time management and organization.
- Familiarity with youth culture.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Indonesia.
