Job Description
Infrastructure support & End user computing support
Responsibilities:
VIP Support
Onsite support when required
Governance of administrator user accounts & access control
Infrastructure Support: Microsoft Azure M365 TrendMicro Druva HPE servers VMWare Cisco Router & Switches Firewall
Creation of new OS image with MDT with bi-monthly maintenance
Bi-monthly applications/software version maintenance if required
Managing of vendors for security & policy deviation Monthly servers patching & maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication motivational and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
