Pay range for this position is $25.73/hr to $26.78/hr.
This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants Will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks. As Paint removal hand pneumatic grinding /needle gun (surface prep) masking/unmasking decking damping tiles Brush/ Roller/ Spray painting and snow removal.
Required/Preferred Education/Training
Preferred High School Diploma or GED.
Required/Preferred Experience
Required Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. hand grinding /needle gun (surface prep)
Required Must be able to work in confined spaces on ladders and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.
Required Must be able to wear a respirator.
Required Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.
Preferred Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.
Preferred - Spray experience.
