We are looking for a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogot. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Bilingual Claims Executive - Property & Casualty will support the entire process of creating assigning and notifying claims.
What you need to have:
Intermediate conversational English.
Technical or technologist degree in insurance administration or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport machinery fire liability IRF).
Experience in claims triage.
We will count on you to:
Receive and review claims notifications from clients.
Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of the affected policies.
Search for and attach relevant documents for the advisory area and archive emails in our system.
Manage the email inbox and perform coverage triage.
