Work Hours (Client) : 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Pay Range : $1000 - $1100 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America South Africa Philippines or Any Region

Work Location : REMOTE

Type of Contract : Independent Contractor

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are recruiting for a Virtual Assistant with Spanish and English fluency. The role combines HR and recruitment support basic bookkeeping and general administration.

  • Support the HR and recruitment functions including scheduling interviews screening candidates and maintaining HR databases.
  • Manage basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking invoice recording and payment follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support email management meeting scheduling and document organization.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining staff records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3 years of related experience

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • HR and recruitment experience understanding of job postings candidate outreach and interview coordination.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge data entry invoicing and account tracking preferred
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Applications Excel and Indeed).
  • Organized reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Professional and articulate in client-facing communication.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple administrative priorities.
  • Discreet with confidential HR and financial information.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
