Duties and Responsibilities:
We are recruiting for a Virtual Assistant with Spanish and English fluency. The role combines HR and recruitment support basic bookkeeping and general administration.
- Support the HR and recruitment functions including scheduling interviews screening candidates and maintaining HR databases.
- Manage basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking invoice recording and payment follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support email management meeting scheduling and document organization.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining staff records.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- HR and recruitment experience understanding of job postings candidate outreach and interview coordination.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge data entry invoicing and account tracking preferred
- Strong computer literacy (MS Applications Excel and Indeed).
- Organized reliable and detail-oriented.
- Professional and articulate in client-facing communication.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple administrative priorities.
- Discreet with confidential HR and financial information.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
