Seller Onboarding Agent will be responsible for onboarding all Marketplace sellers through a wide range of soft skills including pitching negotiating and advising sellers to complete all required steps for successfully starting to sell on the application.
- Incubating newly onboarded sellers to ensure potential growth for the new sellers.
- Adopting a consultative selling style and the structure and organizational skills needed to drive successful KPIs.
- Candidates must feel comfortable prospecting cold-calling and negotiating both in person and over the phone handling both transactional and high-value exposure deals.
- The Seller Onboarding Agent should be proactive in building and defining customized negotiation/pitching strategies with key sellers they are onboarding and must be accountable and responsible for meeting agreed targets.
- Online sales experience at a major online company is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai with good proficiency in English.
- Ability to interact with a broad range of businesses and present effectively both over the phone and in person.
