Job Description

Were looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide our most important clients through the onboarding journey with Mews Hospitality Cloud. This is a hands-on client-facing role where youll apply your hospitality expertise and love of teaching to help customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

Youll play a crucial part in shaping our customers early experience building trust delivering great training and ensuring a smooth transition to Mews. If you enjoy simplifying complex topics building strong relationships and setting customers up for long-term success wed love to hear from you.

Your mission should you choose to accept it

  • Lead onboarding for medium and high-value customers including multi-property enterprise groups
  • Deliver engaging product training for new customers and Mews team members
  • Partner with clients via video and email to guide them through each stage of onboarding
  • Facilitate additional training sessions as needed to support customer learning and confidence
  • Proactively consult with clients on how to maximise value from Mews Hospitality Cloud
  • Help develop and refine training content using webinars video and online tools
  • Continuously improve training programs to meet evolving customer needs
  • Act as a trusted partner ensuring each customer feels supported and empowered from day one

Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you

  • Background in hospitality travel or distribution industries (Hotel Management degree a bonus)
  • Proven experience in onboarding training or project management
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptable proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced tech-driven environment
  • Passion for helping others learn able to make complex topics easy to understand
  • Collaborative and curious with an eagerness to grow and improve
  • Interest in SaaS innovative software and tech-driven transformation in hospitality
  • A fresh perspective and willingness to share new ideas that push us forward
