Were looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide our most important clients through the onboarding journey with Mews Hospitality Cloud. This is a hands-on client-facing role where youll apply your hospitality expertise and love of teaching to help customers unlock the full potential of our platform.
Youll play a crucial part in shaping our customers early experience building trust delivering great training and ensuring a smooth transition to Mews. If you enjoy simplifying complex topics building strong relationships and setting customers up for long-term success wed love to hear from you.
Your mission should you choose to accept it
- Lead onboarding for medium and high-value customers including multi-property enterprise groups
- Deliver engaging product training for new customers and Mews team members
- Partner with clients via video and email to guide them through each stage of onboarding
- Facilitate additional training sessions as needed to support customer learning and confidence
- Proactively consult with clients on how to maximise value from Mews Hospitality Cloud
- Help develop and refine training content using webinars video and online tools
- Continuously improve training programs to meet evolving customer needs
- Act as a trusted partner ensuring each customer feels supported and empowered from day one
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you
- Background in hospitality travel or distribution industries (Hotel Management degree a bonus)
- Proven experience in onboarding training or project management
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced tech-driven environment
- Passion for helping others learn able to make complex topics easy to understand
- Collaborative and curious with an eagerness to grow and improve
- Interest in SaaS innovative software and tech-driven transformation in hospitality
