Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in high-rise and large-scale building projects with a strong industry reputation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing high-rise and large-scale construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to budget schedule and quality standards.
- Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams contractors and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans risk management protocols and project execution strategies to optimize performance and minimize disruptions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations building codes and industry best practices while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in high-rise and large-scale building projects.
- A proven track record in project leadership budget management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate as required.
