Job Description & Summary
We have a strong consulting team working on a complex transformation project in Czech Republic and the CEE region as well as on projects in the Western Europe in cooperation with our colleagues there. To further expand our team and our capabilities we agreed with our German colleagues to build a German speaking consulting team in Prague. The team will become embedded part of the broad German Financial Services consulting team.
As a Manager Insurance Transformation you will lead strategic and operational transformation initiatives for top-tier insurance clients across the German market. You will be responsible for driving complex change programs managing client relationships and delivering high-impact solutions that shape the future of insurance.
Management of the new Consulting team within our Consulting practice.
Leading projects from Requirement Analysis to Implementation and Change management.
Proactively participating in new business development including up-selling on current projects and creating offerings for new business opportunities.
Communicating actively with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries.
Minimum of 8 years of experiencein consulting or transformation roles within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the insurance market including regulatory frameworks and operational models.
Proven track record in leading and delivering projects.
Experience with leading medium size teams.
Excellent analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in German language at the C1 level for active communication with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries.
Fluency in English and either Czech or Slovak.
Willingness for ad hoc travel to Germany.
