Role description:
Planhat is launching anew business unit and expanding itsCRMsolution into untapped areas.
With a current customer base of900 clients many of whom are not yet utilizing the CRM module theres substantial low-hanging fruit ahead. Growth in EMEA is ramping up led by Jacob (Sales Director) with the team expected to scale from 5 to 25 FTEs by 2026.
Vertical: CRM / Customer Success
Deal size: 1020K
Target: 150K per quarter
Deal cycle: 3-6 months
Segment: Full-cycle outbound AE with BDR/inbound support
Role scope: Shape business unit through input on product process and people
Growth perspective: EMEA team expected to grow from 5 to 25 by end 2026. Early joiners can develop into mid-management; at least 5 managerial roles planned.

Base: 55-65K OTE: 100-130K
