Position Overview

As an International Key Account Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting BYDs Key Account activities across multiple markets. You will act as a central point of contact between local market teams and the European headquarters ensuring smooth coordination data accuracy and effective preparation of commercial documentation. This position is ideal for a structured analytical and proactive individual who enjoys working across international teams and contributing to large-scale business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination and preparation of business proposals and commercial

documentation at HQ level.

Ensure effective communication and follow-up on ongoing projects supporting internal

visibility and progress tracking.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and assess business opportunities requiring cross-market coordination.

Maintain and update documentation reports and internal tools that support the Key

Account Management team in close cooperation with other departments.

Contribute to data analysis and preparation of business reviews presentations and

performance summaries.

Develop and improve the quality of the customer database ensuring accurate information for customer contacts and sales information.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field.

5 years of professional experience in sales business support or commercial operations role (familiarity with bid or tender processes is an advantage).

Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions.

Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus).

Fluent English (spoken and written); other European languages are an advantage.
