Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Manager Recruiting (LATAM). Are you a strategic recruiting leader with a passion for building exceptional teams and growing a companys presence in new markets GoFundMe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and actively participate in talent acquisition efforts for our Buenos Aires hub playing a key role in shaping our team and culture in Argentina while supporting our global mission.
In this high-impact role youll be the local recruitment expert and brand ambassador partnering with leadership to develop hiring strategies that align with business goals elevate the candidate experience and strengthen GoFundMes reputation as an employer of choice in the region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives wearing both strategic and executional hats leading talent efforts while staying close to the work.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates considered for this role will be located in Buenos Aires Argentina.

The Job
Strategic Talent Leadership
- Drive Local Talent Strategy: Lead recruiting initiatives that align with company goals and support the continued growth of our Argentina team.
- Lead with both vision and action: Balance high-level planning with day-to-day execution - partnering with stakeholders while also owning critical searches across functions.
- Elevate the Brand: Represent GoFundMe in the local talent market building partnerships with tech communities universities and talent networks to strengthen our employer brand and increase visibility.
- Partner with Purpose: Work closely with hiring managers and global Talent leaders to define workforce needs influence hiring decisions and shape team structures that support scale and impact.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Design and deliver a best-in-class candidate journey that reflects our values of empathy trust and inclusion from first contact through offer and onboarding.
Execution & Operational Excellence
- Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all stages of the recruitment process across multiple functions ensuring alignment with business needs quality standards and timelines.
- Pipeline Building: Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using creative sourcing strategies and tools.
- Recruiting Tools & Data: Use Greenhouse to maintain structured compliant and scalable recruiting processes. Leverage data to identify bottlenecks track metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local talent trends salary benchmarks and competitor activity to advise the business and stay competitive.
- Support global talent initiatives while customizing them for the Argentina context as needed.
Collaboration & Influence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and global People teams to align recruiting efforts with onboarding performance DEI and engagement strategies.
- Internal Advisor: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers guiding interview planning advising on hiring decisions and training teams on best practices.
- Culture Connector: Help scale and sustain our unique culture in Buenos Aires by hiring people who align with our mission values and collaborative way of working.
- Mentor and potentially grow local TA capacity over time setting foundations for future team development.
You
- Experienced: 10 years in talent acquisition ideally in the tech or startup space. Youve led recruiting efforts in Argentina and understand the local market deeply.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You can shape recruiting strategies and roll up your sleeves to deliver them. Youre equally comfortable talking headcount planning with execs and closing a candidate offer.
- Brand-Driven: You care deeply about candidate experience and employer branding and know how to build trust through every interaction.
- Data-Informed: You make decisions using metrics and are always looking to improve time-to-hire quality and candidate satisfaction.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Relationship-Oriented: A natural connector who builds trust across stakeholders and thrives in collaborative remote-friendly environments.
- Versatile by nature: You enjoy switching between strategy and execution - whether its advising leadership on hiring priorities or jumping into a search to find the right candidate.
