Job Summary
Assistant Research Officer/ Senior Research Assistantin a Research Centre in the Faculty of Law (to commence as soon as possible thereafter on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Masters degree in law as well as knowledge and understanding of China. Work experience is preferred but not required. They should have highly developed communication skills strong organisational skills and excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) skills. The candidates should demonstrate experience of managing and organizing events the ability to work effectively as part of a team on a variety of projects be able to work independently professionally and to a high standard under time constraints. They should also be familiar with web maintenance and have a facility for social media and public relations management. The appointee will work closely with the Director and members at CCL involving in the field of Chinese law. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Senior Research Assistant.
