Finishing Foreman Residential Development
Sligo Large-Scale Housing High-Quality Build
Were recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a large-scale residential development in Sligo (200 high-spec units) on behalf of a well-established developer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trades background excellent attention to detail and solid experience delivering high-quality finishes on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee finishing works on-site to a high standard
Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors
Ensure quality control across all internal and external finishes
Work through snag lists and address issues raised by buyers
Liaise with site management to ensure deadlines and standards are met
Maintain a clean safe and well-organised site environment
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on housing or apartment projects
Trades background (carpentry plastering etc.) preferred
Excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality
Able to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight deadlines
Strong communication and organisational skills
