Job Description
Industrial Electrical Foreman (Working Foreman) Industrial/MV 115 kV
Gastonia NC On-site Full-time
Experience level: Mid-senior Experience required: 5 Years
Role Summary
Hands-on working foreman leading industrial crews to install modify and repair plant power and controls safely on schedule and to spec.
Must-Haves
- 2 years industrial electrical experience (not residential/commercial)
- Medium-voltage experience (115 kV)
- Experience with switchgear/MCCs rigid conduit cable tray terminations
- Blueprint/schematic reading; crew leadership
- Valid drivers license and willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
Nice to Have
- PLC/VFD familiarity; testing (megger/IR/hi-pot)
- OSHA-30 NCCER state license
