We are hiring for our client a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Energy Infrastructure & Natural Resources Lawyer (2-4 years PQE) to join their leading team in Dublin. The Role:
- Advising clients on energy infrastructure and natural resources law including regulatory project development and transactional matters
- Drafting and negotiating key agreements such as power purchase agreements (PPAs) joint ventures and financing arrangements
- Supporting clients on planning environmental and regulatory compliance issues
- Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams on major energy transition projects including renewables offshore wind and decarbonisation initiatives
- Engaging with government agencies stakeholders and industry bodies on policy and legislative developments
The Person:
- 2-4 years PQE with experience in energy infrastructure or natural resources law
- Strong understanding of project finance commercial contracts and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work on multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate across teams
- A keen interest in the renewable energy transition and sustainability
