To further expand our skills within Energy Solutions in COWI we are looking for a Head of Discipline to join our team. The Discipline has 10 employees delivering specialized project work within solar energy batteries electrification energy system analysis and regulatory work related to new energy production and energy infrastructure. You will be responsible for professional development in your discipline and have a commercial mindset in order to maintain and grow a motivated team of employees.
Turn challenges into sustainable solutions
We are looking for a Head of Discipline to lead our discipline for Energy Solutions in our newly established Executive unit Renewable Energy. Renewable Energy consists of around 100 individuals organized into 7 disciplines and contributes significantly to our customers transition toward a more sustainable future. The discipline plays a vital role in executing COWIs strategy FUTURE-NOW delivering energy consultancy services on projects within our prioritized sectors.
As Head of Discipline you will be the day-to-day people manager of a team of 10 skilled energy advisors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You will be part of the department management team - and you will have 6 other Head of Disciplines and a Technical director as your closest colleagues and peers. You will report to the VP Head of Engineering Renewable Energy.
