Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on topics related toUrbanization and Carbon Neutrality including but not limited to urban planning sustainable development carbon emissions reduction and energy transition.
- Design and refine research methodologies and instruments for data collection.
- Coordinate and manage data collection analysis and interpretation using advanced statistical methods.
- Support the organization of research dissemination events such as seminars workshops and conferences.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports policy briefs and academic publications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project leader.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. degree inurban studies environmental sciences geography social sciences or a related discipline.
- At least1 year of relevant research experiencein areas such as urbanization sustainability or carbon neutrality.
- An excellent command of written and spokenEnglish and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively under tight schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Self-motivated responsible and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity withurban and environmental policiesor experience working on projects related to urban sustainability is an advantage.
- Expertise in analyzing quantitative research data using advanced statistical software ( R Python) is preferred.
