Our Community Facilitators (support workers) who work alongside our disabled partners are the cornerstone of our organisation. A Community Facilitator works alongside our disabled partners to enable good lives drive normal life outcomes and to encourage our partners to achieve their dreams!

A great Community Facilitator is innovative in providing support to our Disabled Partners and provides a positive influence in their lives. The ability to build genuine relationships and move forward with our disabled partners aspirations will be key to your success in this role.
Useful skills/attributes to possess:
We welcome all applicants from experienced support workers to those who are hoping to make a career in the disability sector. Please note you must have a full New Zealand Drivers Licence to be considered for this role.
