Job Description

Essential Functions for the Sales Marketing and F&A departments in ASEAN:

  • Participates in development implementation and support of global HR programs and initiatives such as WorkDay integration.
  • Provides employee relations support to managers and employees.
  • Provides recruitment and selection assistance for assigned groups and works with business leaders and hiring managers to develop creative cost-effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assists with development and implementation of training for managers and employee groups.
  • Is primary point of contact for assigned groups with regard to HR policy process and support.
  • Works on special Human Resources projects as assigned

  • Good systems understanding
  • Working knowledge of Employment Law especially for ASEAN
  • Focus on customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality are high priorities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
