Salary: Competitive
Location: North West/Lupton - this is a hybrid role with office days on site in Lupton and travel required across our Schools in the UK.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for a period of 14 months.

Are you passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful roles At Witherslack Group were looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to help us attract recruit and retain the very best staff across our a competitive market this role is all about innovation and proactivity: youll work closely with key stakeholders to define resourcing requirements promote our employer brand and implement our new direct sourcing model. Youll also have the chance to build talent pipelines enhance candidate experience and support our current teams by upskilling managers reducing turnover and improving retention.
In this role youll have full ownership of all recruitment activities combining high-volume recruitment support from a dedicated team with hands-on responsibility for senior hires and headhunting. Youll establish and manage effective talent channels drive creative hiring campaigns and act as a trusted expert to hiring managers through workforce planning and market insight. Were looking for an energetic positive and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in candidate attraction headhunting and selection.

Experienced recruiter with strong candidate attraction and headhunting skills including senior hires.
Excellent selection assessment and stakeholder management abilities with outstanding communication and influencing skills.
