Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for north region wholesale and take lead of non-food category products wholesale channel build up and expansion
General Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors; identify and develop new distributor accounts.
- Manage client relationships and proactively initiate/maintain long-term strategic partnership plans with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets according to company requirements; expand market coverage for the companys represented products.
- Execute company marketing plans to launch new products and promote seasonal items.
- Effectively leverage company-provided promotional support to increase sales volume.
- Responsible for gathering market intelligence within the assigned territory and conducting competitive analysis.
- Timely gather and address customer feedback and issues; propose solutions and identify necessary support requirements.
- Complete all reporting duties accurately and on time.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proven sales experience in household cleaning personal care detergents and personal care products.
- Possess acute market insight strong business negotiation skills and the ability to independently develop new markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excel WordPPT
- Excellent communication coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Maintain high personal credibility and professional ethics; adept at leveraging resources.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business as required.
Education
- College diploma or above;
