Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with modern automation tools and testing techniques to enhance our software solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing.
- Strong background in test automation frameworks specifically with Selenium.
- Proficiency in programming languages with a focus on python testing skills.
- Solid understanding of API testing methodologies and practices.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Good knowledge of database testing practices to ensure data integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify test requirements and implement testing strategies.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test scripts using selenium and other automation tools.
- Perform thorough API testing to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
- Execute regression tests as part of the continuous integration process.
- Analyze test results troubleshoot issues and identify areas for quality improvement.
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing test automation frameworks.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for test procedures and results.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
