The Role
Were looking for a Global Marketing Automation Lead to own and shape our global strategy across HubSpot and Bloomreach. Youll be the go-to expert driving best practices governance and adoption across regions while ensuring our automation efforts deliver real business impact.
In this role youll be part of the Global Market Activation team acting as a Center of Excellence and helping teams worldwide get the most out of our tools. From setting global frameworks to enabling personalization and lead nurturing at scale youll balance strategy with hands-on execution always with a consumer-first mindset
What Youll Do
Lead the global strategy for HubSpot & Bloomreach governance integration & optimization
Build and run a Marketing Automation CoE sharing best practices and enabling regional teams
Develop global frameworks for lead nurturing & personalization tailored to local needs
Partner with IT agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver smooth effective operations
Track performance analyze data and drive optimization across regions
Ensure compliance with global data privacy standards (GDPR CAN-SPAM etc.)
Who You Are
A marketing automation expert with 5 years experience (HubSpot/Bloomreach a plus but not a must)
Strategic yet hands-on with a strong commercial mindset
Skilled at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Experienced in lead nurturing personalization & customer journey mapping
Fluent in English with excellent communication and influencing skills
Curious proactive and ready to take ownership of our global automation journey
