- Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading large testing teams managing performance and resolving people-related challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Project & Program Management: Expertise in managing complex testing programs across multiple platforms and teams.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Life Sciences GxP Compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Methodologies: Proficient in Agile Enterprise Testing Strategy and Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary onsite liaison with customer ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Drive regulatory compliance by leveraging GxP and CSV expertise which is essential in the Life Sciences domain.
- Lead the implementation of TCOE concepts including frameworks themes and platform strategies tailored to Clients needs.
- Manage cross-functional coordination ensuring alignment across development QA and business teams.
- Address sensitive personnel issues and escalations with maturity and discretion maintaining team morale and productivity.
