I. Description of Services
AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in AI Automation tools to support enterprise-level data operations reporting and automation initiatives. The candidate will work under limited supervision and use extensive experience in analytics and automation to deliver innovative solutions that optimize performance and decision-making.
II. Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze interpret and manage large datasets to derive actionable insights.

Develop and implement AI automation solutions (UiPath Alteryx Automation Anywhere or equivalent) to streamline reporting and data processes.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Build and optimize ETL workflows and automated pipelines for data integration.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to support automation and analytics strategies.

Perform data quality checks testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Document workflows processes and provide training/support as required.
III. Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in enterprise environments.

3 years of hands-on experience with AI automation tools (UiPath Alteryx Automation Anywhere or similar).

Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).

Experience with Python or R for automation and analytics.

Experience building and maintaining ETL processes and automated data pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Telecom industry background.

Previous experience with enterprise-scale data and reporting systems.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) for data analytics.

Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
