Job Description
Are you driven hardworking and seeking a challenging opportunity with a phenomenal company Undergraduate & Graduate students are encouraged to apply for Acxioms Internship program. This opportunity will require a minimum 20-25 hour/week work commitment during the semester and up to 40 hours/week during the summer. Students will be exposed to Accounting Operations at one of the worlds leading marketing technology companies. This role will require you to work on-site in Conway Arkansas during scheduled hours for the duration of the internship including during the semester.
Internship details:
- This internship opportunity will begin in September 2025.
- This internship will be in Conway AR.
- 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks 20-25/week during the semester
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027.
- Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e. H1-B visa F-1 visa (CPT/OPT) TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
What you will do:
- Primary opportunities include data entry file maintenance and other miscellaneous assignments
- Process and review supplier invoices
- Maintain supplier records in system
- Review purchasing card activities
- Participate in required training to acquire needed knowledge & skills
- Manage time responsibilities and priorities effectively with emphasis on your contribution
What you will need:
- Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Accounting
- GPA of 3.25 or higher
- Proficiency in key tools (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
- Exposure to GAAP financial concepts and revenue recognition concepts
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
