Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as the primary technical expert for audio-visual (AV) and conference room technologies ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with AV equipment including Microsoft Surface HUB Polycom and similar systems.
- Support and manage collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Lead AV-related projects overseeing planning implementation execution and post-support.
- Act as the main contact for vendor management coordinating services and maintaining effective partnerships.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow ITIL principles for incident problem and change management.
- Communicate technical information and project updates clearly to stakeholders and vendors.
- Require technical experience in AV systems with relevant engineering certifications and a current CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in supporting AV solutions for corporate conference and situation rooms.
- Exhibit strong project management vendor management and communication skills.
- Understand and apply ITIL principles preferably with experience using service management platforms like Service-Now.
- Possess basic network administration knowledge.
