Tasks
Role Overview
As an Acquisitions Specialist youll be responsible for:
- Contacting motivated sellers (via phone email or text) who want to sell their homes quickly
- Building rapport and trust with property owners while explaining the benefits of a cash close
- Evaluating property details gathering information and negotiating contracts
- Preparing seller agreements and submitting contracts for closing
- Following up with leads consistently to ensure deals move forward
- Coordinating with the dispositions/buyer team to match properties with investors
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills (comfortable on phone/email)
- Driven consistent and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and follow proven processes
- Background in real estate sales or customer service is a plus (but not required)
