Job Summary (List Format) Ironclad Application Specialist
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the Ironclad application for operating companies (OpCos) from initial design through ongoing support.
- Collaborate with clients to design and configure Ironclad workflows tailored to specific business needs.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure workflows function as required.
- Provide dedicated support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resolving issues and facilitating a smooth user transition.
- Lead training and onboarding for new users including creating and delivering training materials.
- Oversee migration of legacy data into the Ironclad system coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.
- Act as the primary contact for ongoing application support and maintenance.
- Offer light project management for all tasks related to Ironclad implementation and support.
- Work proactively in a fast-paced small-team environment demonstrating strong social awareness and a results-oriented attitude.
- Possess proven experience with at least one high-quality Ironclad CLM implementation and hold an Ironclad Admin certification.
- Exhibit technical competence for high-quality no-code solution builds and effective teamwork skills.
