Job Description
RN Supervisor Long Term Care (Contract Role)
- Location: Oswego NY 13126
- Shift: 12-hr Nights 7pm-7:00am
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Weekly Pay: $2232 - $2376; (Negotiable based on experience)
- Supervise and support nursing staff during night shifts
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure adherence to standards of care
- Respond promptly to emergencies and clinical issues
- Coordinate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and ensure proper documentation and compliance with facility protocols
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff
- Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and facility operations
- Active New York State RN License Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) Required
- Medical/Surgical and Gerontology experience Preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage clinical situations
