Gym & Spa Supervisor Luxury Residential Leisure Facility
Location: London (North West)
Hours - 15.38 p/h Hours - Part time - Monday-Sunday
Are you passionate about wellness leadership and creating unforgettable experiences Were looking for a dynamic and driven Gym & Spa Supervisor to lead a high-end residential leisure facility. Your Role: More Than Just Supervision
As the face of our luxury gym and spa youll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests
Cultivating a welcoming and thriving wellness community
Leading and motivating a small team to consistently exceed expectations
Ensuring the facility is immaculate and operating at peak performance
Collaborating with the Area Manager to maintain and update SOPs EAPs and risk assessments in line with industry best practices
Managing staffing budgets and supporting monthly financial reporting
Partnering with the wider residential estate team to enhance the overall resident experience
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone whos not just qualified - but ready to make a real impact:
REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
Self-motivated and confident working independently
Experience in staff and performance management
Basic understanding of budgets and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of health & safety best practices in leisure settings
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Desirable Attributes
Previous experience in luxury gym spa or hotel environments
First aid or pool safety certification
Pool plant operation experience
