Job Description
By utilizing a large number of key ingredients such as emulsifiers enzymes and oxidizing agents such as ascorbic acid etc. we formulate and manufacture over 200 different blends and formulations that are sold to the largest bread roll and tortilla bakeries across the is a very dynamic and fast-moving part of the baking industry. Our proprietary blends of ingredients influence every part of the finished baked product such as volume crumb color crumb texture softness shelf life and most importantly the strength of the dough itself. We develop specific formulations for large customers who have a particular was founded in 2007 by Denis Wellington who has 40 () years of experience in this industry. We occupy a 50000 square foot SQF certified building in Cinnaminson NJ which incorporates eight production lines three fully equipped bakeries that are used for product development and quality control as well as administration offices. We also have several highly experienced sales and technical personnel who are based in various parts of the from bread and roll formulations we also manufacture certain blends for cakes instant custard and fudge is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Maintenance Technician who wants to be a part of a fast-growing family company.*Please note that this is a temporary position beginning in September of 2025. The position is expected to last about two months with the possibility to become a permanent full time employee. Benefits such as medical dental vision etc. will only become available if an offer of full time employment is made.*Minimum starting rate of $30 per hour. Experience and skills will be considered for a higher hourly RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in project developmentAssist with food safety initiativesAdhere to sanitation complianceAvailable for emergency repairs in breakdown situationsRead analyze and interpret technical procedures electrical schematics service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceLine manufacturing supportUse a variety of hand and power tools electric meters and material handling equipment such as forklifts as well as scissor liftsMaintain communication with other departments management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of productionEnsure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs GMP and Maintenance in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels to the Operations have technical experience in two or more of the following areas: Electrical hydraulic pneumatic electrical computer-controlled equipment PLCMaintain a clean sanitary and safe work areaFollow all required work safe practices: This would include lockout-tag out requirements to wearing of proper PPE in designated areas confined space safety training fall protection any food safety and food quality related issues to managementWill work with electrical systems including 120V 240V 277V and 480VMaintain proper documentation at all duties as requiredJob Type: Temporary - Copuld become a FT positionPay: From $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person - 2800 Cindel Drive Cinnaminson NJ 08077
